I agree with Greg. you did a good job. I understand how difficult it is to go up and do a presentation while there are no actual audience in front of you, you seem a bit uncomfortable, hopefully next time you will be more comfortable presenting .
Alan, I also felt that your message was delivered in professional manner. I just felt that it was little technical (repair time and root cause analysis) which might be required your message. If a CEO is presenting this then the message can be somewhat less technical.
